I am an optimistic, organized, energetic, strong, fun loving individual who lives life by the quote, "you make your dreams happen".

My love for events came to me at thirteen from a class paper on a career that we were interested in. Being the first assignment after my dad's passing, needless to say it was a challenge. From a brief glimpse of a wedding in a movie a fire sparked inside of me. Knowing I wanted to be around happiness, I just knew this career was meant for me. Then grew my obsession and desire to pursue weddings and events. Once completing school, I made this dream come true and have been living the dream for almost twenty years!

My passion is helping clients make their vision come to life and an event that touches hearts. Every wedding should reflect the love and uniqueness of that couple. All the while creating moments that will be remembered and cherished.
As an Arizona native I love the gorgeous desert scenery. When I am not working you could find me at a Jump Ship Crossfit workout, spending time with my husband (Hayden) and pup (Booker), enjoying my addiction of iced tea, watching a movie (of any kind- seriously don't ask what my favorite is, I can't decide), reading a book or quotes or hanging out with friends and family.

Making a Vision Become a Reality
Taylor here, born and raised in the lovely state of Arizona.
Graduated from Scottsdale Community college, with a degree in Business and Management. I’ve been in the wedding industry for about 6 years, with gaining knowledge of all aspects within the wedding planning process.
I’m someone who loves, LOVE.
Making someone’s dream wedding come to life is what I live for, it’s my passion. It all started with helping bride’s pick out their stunning wedding dresses at David’s Bridal. Hearing all the love stories and seeing the happiness on the clients faces after finding the dress of their dreams, gave me clarity that wedding planning is my calling. With forming relationships, it led me into coordinating with wedding videographers at Serendipity Cinema to capture the couple’s spectacular day through a lens. Now, I strive to dedicate my time on creating a day that will never be forgotten.
Some things you should know about me is that I’m someone who is extremely detail oriented and can be a bit of a perfectionist at times.
Along with that, I’m an energetic, determined, hopeless romantic
that truly believes in true love above all things.

Hi, I'm Haven & I'm so happy you're here! I am from the Midwest and ended up in Arizona for school. I graduated from Grand Canyon University with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Hospitality. When I’m not working, you can usually find me on the water or on a boat, trying out a new coffee shop, or spending time with my fiancé and friends.

I love weddings because I truly believe in love. I believe that it is kind, gentle, and patient, and that it’s the most powerful thing we get to experience in this life. I believe that love truly conquers all. Because of that belief, I’m passionate about helping couples celebrate their love in a way that feels authentic, meaningful, and uniquely theirs. I love creating moments that invite everyone to slow down and appreciate love for all that it is.

Hi there! My name is Emily!
A Native Arizonian that was born in Phoenix but raised in Prescott. I am a Navy veteran that served for 5 years as a hospital corpsman. I graduated with a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing and am currently a full time NICU Nurse. While going through nursing school I started with Meant2Be Events and became a lead planner during that time. I am an avid Crossfitter, I enjoy lifting weights and staying fit.
Witnessing couples on the happiest day of their life is incredible. Nothing can bring me more joy than watching two people who care about each other celebrating their love with their friends and family. It is fun to be able to use my creative side to help curate your dream wedding day! My goal is to ensure that your vision is captured to the best of my ability, while having fun and becoming lifelong friends in the process.

Creating an Incredible Experience
I created Meant2Be Events in 2006.
My father owned a business growing up that he ran out of our home office. My mother is an artist who always encouraged us to color outside the lines.
It was with this foundation that I was able to dream about the event business I have to day. I guess it was meant to be!
As an Arizona native, I love starting the morning off with a very large ice tea! It might be an addiction. Then a few minutes of catching up on social media and then off to work. The M2B office is at my home. So yes often when I am chatting with you about your ideas, PJs might be involved.
We have 3 office dogs who keep it interesting to say the least. You will hear them chime in often.
I am lucky enough to have an amazing husband, two sons and a daughter to fill my time & heart with.
If I am not working, hopefully I am at the spa *wink* or at a great new restaurant. Even though I am vegetarian, I am obsessed with cooking & unique dining experiences! I feel like it’s a real challenge for a chef to wow someone with veggies alone. So it takes a lot to impress me. If Alinea is not on your bucket list, it should be. Trust me.
We love to travel - near and far. Someday I will make it to Thailand! I swear it.
